About Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services

Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services is a Utah-licensed telepsychiatry practice providing thoughtful, integrated psychiatric care for children ages 8 years and older and adults. Our approach centers on comprehensive evaluation, careful diagnostic assessment, and individualized medication management—delivered through secure, convenient telehealth. What We Believe

We believe effective psychiatric care requires more than brief check-ins or symptom-based prescribing. Each appointment is designed to allow time for meaningful clinical discussion, helping us understand how biological, psychological, and environmental factors influence mental health. This depth allows for more informed treatment decisions and supports long-term mental wellness.

Our services focus on the evaluation and management of a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other related psychiatric conditions. While we do not perform autism assessments, we do offer treatment for pre-diagnosed individuals who may struggle with irritability, anxiety, agitation, or aggression. When clinically appropriate, we collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

While visits may include discussion of stressors, lifestyle factors, and overall functioning, services provided are medical in nature and focused on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Psychotherapy and coaching are not provided; however, referrals to licensed therapists or counselors are encouraged when beneficial as part of a well-rounded treatment plan.

Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services is committed to improving access to high-quality psychiatric care— offering a patient centered, intentional approach that prioritizes clarity, collaboration, and continuity of care.

More Than Medication — Mental Fitness

Mental health care is more than writing a prescription.

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but it’s only one piece of the training plan. Our mental health is shaped by the environment we live in— work demands, relationships, sleep, stress, life transitions, and daily habits all place weight on the mind.

At Mindfully Fit, we take these factors into account. We don’t just ask what symptoms you have — we explore what’s happening around you and how it may be influencing your mental health. This is why our visits are intentionally longer in duration, allowing for deeper insight, more thoughtful evaluation, and truly individualized treatment planning.

Just like physical strength requires more than showing up to the gym once, mental strength is built with the right tools, support, and consistency. Medication may be part of that process, but so is education, insight, and learning how to manage the “weight” life places on your mind.

Our approach is designed to help you build mental strength in a way that is thoughtful, unhurried, and grounded in real life.

Our Services

We focus on understanding the full clinical picture, including medical history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and life stressors to support accurate diagnosis and individualized care. Appointments are structured to allow for meaningful clinical discussion, careful treatment planning, and collaboration with therapists or other healthcare providers when appropriate. Treatment recommendations are based on a thorough clinical assessment and safety considerations. Specific medications are not guaranteed, and treatment decisions are made during the visit—not beforehand.

ADHD Objective Testing Add-On

Some patients may benefit from an additional layer of objective assessment during their ADHD evaluation. We offer QbCheck, an FDA approved computerized test that provides measurable data on attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.

QbCheck is used as a supplemental tool alongside clinical evaluation and history. Results are interpreted within the context of a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and do not constitute a diagnosis on their own.

When clinically appropriate, this tool may help support diagnostic clarity and inform personalized treatment planning.

Meet Your Provider

Iesha Iwobi, PA-C

Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Hi, I’m Iesha!

Mental health care should feel thoughtful, unrushed, and grounded in real life — not transactional or one-size-fits-all.

As a psychiatric physician assistant, I provide comprehensive mental health care that goes beyond prescribing medications. I take the time to understand how life circumstances, stress, routines, and personal responsibilities may be influencing mental health, so care plans are practical, individualized, and sustainable.

My approach is rooted in the belief that mental strength is built, not assumed. Medication may be an important tool, but it works best when paired with education, insight, and intentional support. Visits are designed to feel collaborative, informative, and respectful — with space to ask questions and understand your care.

I work especially well with individuals who value thoughtful conversation, clear guidance, and a care plan that fits their real lives. I also strongly believe in collaborative care and welcome coordination with therapists and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
