“You might be experiencing PPD if…”
Postpartum depression can show up differently for everyone — and it can start anytime within the first year after birth.
Common symptoms include:
Feeling sad, empty, or crying often
Irritability, anger, or feeling “on edge”
Guilt, shame, or feeling like a “bad mom”
Loss of interest or joy
Trouble sleeping (even when baby sleeps) or sleeping too much
Changes in appetite
Difficulty bonding with baby
Racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, or worry that won’t shut off
Feeling disconnected, numb, or “like I’m watching myself”
Thoughts of self-harm or “they’d be better without me”
You deserve support — and you deserve it early.
What We Treat
We support postpartum and perinatal mental health concerns including:
Postpartum depression (PPD)
Postpartum anxiety

Intrusive thoughts / postpartum OCD symptoms
Birth trauma / PTSD symptoms
Sleep disruption impacting mood
How Treatment Works
Simple, supportive, and personalized.
Step 1: Initial Evaluation (60 minutes)
We review symptoms, sleep, supports, trauma history, medical factors, and goals.
Step 2: Your treatment plan may include:
Evidence-based medication options (when appropriate)
Non-medication strategies (sleep + nervous system support, coping tools)
Coordination with your therapist/OB-GYN/PCP (with your permission)
Follow-ups to adjust and support progress
Step 3: Follow-ups (30 minutes)
We track symptoms, side effects, sleep, and functioning — and adjust until you’re truly better, not just “getting by.”
Medication & Breastfeeding
Can I get help if I’m breastfeeding?
Yes. We’ll discuss risk/benefit options and choose approaches aligned with your feeding goals and comfort level.
Do I have to take medication?
No. Some people want therapy-adjacent support, education, and coping tools. Others benefit from medication. We’ll decide together.
