About Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services

Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services is a Utah-licensed telepsychiatry practice specializing in psychiatric medication management for women professionals experiencing burnout, anxiety, & ADHD.

We work with high-functioning women who are balancing careers, responsibilities, and expectations—while silently struggling with overwhelm, overthinking, fatigue, and difficulty focusing.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful, individualized treatment plans through secure telehealth across Utah.

Our approach is intentional and unhurried— taking the time to understand how stress, burnout, sleep, executive functioning, and life demands all interact.

While our primary focus is women professionals, we also provide care for select children & adolescents (ages 8+)

We currently accept self-pay and United Healthcare (Optum) plans. We are pending Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. If your insurance carrier is listed as pending you may still choose the self-pay option until your insurance becomes active.

Meet Your Provider

Iesha Iwobi, PA-C

Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Hi, I’m Iesha!

Mental health care should feel thoughtful, unrushed, and grounded in real life — not transactional or one-size-fits-all.

As a psychiatric physician assistant, I provide comprehensive mental health care that goes beyond prescribing medications. I take the time to understand how life circumstances, stress, routines, and personal responsibilities may be influencing mental health, so care plans are practical, individualized, and sustainable.

My approach is rooted in the belief that mental strength is built, not assumed. Medication may be an important tool, but it works best when paired with education, insight, and intentional support. Visits are designed to feel collaborative, informative, and respectful — with space to ask questions and understand your care.

I work especially well with individuals who value thoughtful conversation, clear guidance, and a care plan that fits their real lives. I also strongly believe in collaborative care and welcome coordination with therapists and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Mental health care is more than writing a prescription.

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but it’s only one piece of the training plan. Our mental health is shaped by the environment we live in — work demands, relationships, sleep, stress, life transitions, and daily habits all place weight on the mind.

At Mindfully Fit, we take these factors into account. We don’t just ask what symptoms you have — we explore what’s happening around you and how it may be affecting your mental health.

Just like physical strength requires more than showing up to the gym once, mental strength is built with the right tools, support, and consistency. Medication may be part of that process, but so is education, insight, and learning how to manage the “weight” life places on your mind.

Our approach focuses on helping you build mental strength intentionally — with care that is thoughtful, unhurried, and grounded in real life.

What We Believe

We believe work stress and burnout are not signs of weakness- they are signals that something needs attention.

Many high-functioning professionals appear “fine” on the outside while internally managing anxiety, exhaustion, irritability, poor focus, and emotional overload. Brief check-ins and rushed prescribing do not address the full picture.

Effective psychiatric care requires time, depth, and thoughtful evaluation.

At Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services, we take a comprehensive approach to understanding how stress, sleep, workload, mood, and neurobiology interact. Our goal is not simply symptom suppression- it is restoring clarity, resilience, and sustainable performance.

We specialize in the psychiatric evaluation and medication management of:

  • Work stress and burnout

  • Anxiety disorders

  • High-functioning depression

  • Executive dysfunction and focus concerns (with use of non stimulant medications)

  • Mood instability related to chronic stress

Services are medical in nature and centered on psychiatric evaluation and individualized medication management delivered via secure telehealth across Utah.

Psychotherapy is not provided, however, we collaborate closely with therapists and other providers when appropriate to ensure coordinated, well-rounded care.

We believe mental health is a practice and with the right support, it can be strengthened.

More Than Medication — Mental Fitness

Mental health care is more than writing a prescription.

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but it’s only one piece of the training plan. Our mental health is shaped by the environment we live in— work demands, relationships, sleep, stress, life transitions, and daily habits all place weight on the mind.

At Mindfully Fit, we take these factors into account. We don’t just ask what symptoms you have — we explore what’s happening around you and how it may be influencing your mental health. This is why our visits are intentionally longer in duration, allowing for deeper insight, more thoughtful evaluation, and truly individualized treatment planning.

Just like physical strength requires more than showing up to the gym once, mental strength is built with the right tools, support, and consistency. Medication may be part of that process, but so is education, insight, and learning how to manage the “weight” life places on your mind.

Our approach is designed to help you build mental strength in a way that is thoughtful, unhurried, and grounded in real life.

Our Services

We focus on understanding the full clinical picture, including medical history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and life stressors to support accurate diagnosis and individualized care. Appointments are structured to allow for meaningful clinical discussion, careful treatment planning, and collaboration with therapists or other healthcare providers when appropriate. Treatment recommendations are based on a thorough clinical assessment and safety considerations. Specific medications are not guaranteed, and treatment decisions are made during the visit—not beforehand.

 Medication Optimization & Objective Assessments

At Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services, thoughtful treatment decisions are grounded in comprehensive clinical evaluation. When appropriate, we may incorporate advanced diagnostic and decision-support tools as part of ongoing care to enhance clarity and guide treatment planning.

These tools are not standalone services and are offered only within an established provider–patient relationship.

Pharmacogenomic Testing (GeneSight®)

For some patients, genetic testing may offer additional insight into how the body metabolizes certain psychiatric medications. This information can be helpful for individuals who have experienced limited response, side effects, or multiple medication trials.

Pharmacogenomic Testing (GeneSight®)

When clinically indicated, pharmacogenomic testing may be used to support medication selection and dosing as part of a comprehensive medication management plan. Results are always interpreted in the context of your symptoms, history, and treatment goals.

Price: up to $330

Optional. Not required for all patients.

ADHD Objective Testing Add-On

Some patients may benefit from an additional layer of objective assessment during their ADHD evaluation. We offer QbCheck, an FDA approved computerized test that provides measurable data on attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.

QbCheck is used as a supplemental tool alongside clinical evaluation and history. Results are interpreted within the context of a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and do not constitute a diagnosis on their own.

When clinically appropriate, this tool may help support diagnostic clarity and inform personalized treatment planning.

Add-on fee: $150

**Optional. Not Required for all patients.
